Water Economizer

The SALVALACQUA economizer system is a closed-circuit system containing water or water and antifreeze. It does not evaporate, never runs out and does not produce limescale.
An indoor or outdoor chiller cools the water in the storage reservoir, keeping it at a constant temperature of 12° to 14°C for faster and more efficient ice-cream production.
The pump is fitted with an inverter delivering water from the storage reservoir to the production equipment, ensuring unbeatable energy efficiency.
The SALVALACQUA economizer is an ideal cooling option for all water-cooled refrigeration systems.
Tap water is no longer required saving 100% on water usage for water cooled refrigeration systems because the same water is constantly recycled, with no need for permanent connection to water main.
