Dynamic Pastry – built to optimize space in your production kitchen and patisserie the Dynamic series guarantee ideal preservation and storage in a stainless-steel line of underbench freezers and fridges from Samaref Italy. Dynamic Pastry series offer High performances and energy saving with environmentally friendly R290 gas. Monoblock refrigeration motor unit with electronic fans and hot gas defrosting and three step humidity management. 800 mm deep counters to accommodate EN 600x400 trays or shelves. Available in 3 benchtop variants in 2, 3 or 4 door models. Available in -2 to +8 °C refrigerator or freezer -15 to -22 °CDesigned and produced in Italy from AISI 304 stainless-steel finish and high-density polyurethane foam. Rounded corners for easy cleaning, magnetic door seals, evaporator finished with anti-corrosive treatment.
