ChocoHot Spray

chocolate sprayer engineered for creating a variety of decorative effects from pulverized chocolate and cocoa butter. Mixed with food colouring, the mixture can be applied to pralines, Easter eggs, and more. By a simple adjustment of the knob on the airbrush the different effects can be achieved.
The Chocohot includes a heated compartment to maintain the desired temperature for cocoa butter and chocolate, so the temper is maintained for the respective decorations. The most popular effect achievable with this machine is the velvet texture and you are only limited only by the user's creativity.
