The Adam K24 chocolate tempering machine has a 24 kg capacity, making it ideal for medium to large pastry shops, chocolate shops and restaurants. The Adam K24 is compact and durable. All the operational management functions are controlled via the control panel, where the user can precisely adjust the melting and tempering temperatures, the electronic dosage, and the vibrating table's activation/deactivation and internal heating.
