Compact Countertop professional fully automatic freezer to rapidly produce up to 2.6 liters of finish product in around 10 to 15 minutes.
The freezer can continuously churn mix in front of customers allowing the operator to keep adding mix as the gelato is sold. Comes complete with an overnight conservation cycle.
